The park has progressed through a State Significant Design Application process..

The Department of Planning, Housing and Infrastructure assessed and determined the development application under delegation for the NSW Minister for Planning and Public Spaces. Details regarding the development consent are available on the Major Projects planning portal. 

Detailed design development is now underway, and procurement process to find a delivery partner will begin soon. 

Subject to procurement processes and the award of a contract, construction is expected to begin in 2025.
