Making a submission is an important part of the planning process and we encourage all community members, stakeholders and government agencies to have their say on the development application.
The park design is now on public exhibition until 1 February 2024.

In your submission, describe:
what you like about the proposal; and
how you will be affected (be specific).
The Department of Planning and Environment (DPE) collates all submissions. For guidance on making a submission read the DPE guidelines.
DPE must receive your submission before the close of the exhibition period on 1 February 2024.
There are two ways to make a submission:

In your submission include:
Your full name and address
Application name and number: Bank Street Park, SSD-53386706
A statement on whether you support or object to the proposal or are simply providing comments
The reasons why you support or object to the proposal
A declaration of any reportable political donations made in the previous two years.
Note. It is DPE’s policy to place a copy of your submission on its website. If you do not want your personal information made public, state this clearly at the top of your submission.
