6 August 2021 ; Blackwattle Bay will be a vibrant entertainment and cultural hub at the western gateway to the Sydney CBD. Twelve redevelopment sites are proposed which will boost new housing by over 1,500 dwellings, create the opportunity for more than 5,500 jobs and delivery new public open spaces equivalent to one and half football fields on the harbour’s edge.
